The 2018-2019 Leadership and Mentoring Program is currently available to 6th and 9th grade girls and boys in the Triad (High Point, Greensboro, Winston Salem, and surrounding areas), North Carolina.
Leadership LINKS, Inc. will use a small group or team mentoring model. This model will allow our future leaders to serve as peer mentors for each other, as they are influenced by and receive wisdom from diverse groups of adults in various career fields. Through this program, we will raise up men and women who live out our core values of: Love, Inspiration, Network, Knowledge, and Service.
This nine-month-long program will run one Saturday per month from September through May. Throughout the program, mentees will be given the opportunity to do the following:
Receive character and spiritual development while learning how to grow and maintain healthy and loving relationships
Receive professional development, gain exposure, and learn life skills necessary to become innovators, entrepreneurs, and executive leaders
Receive encouragement and support to pursue college and scholarship opportunities
Serve their local and global church and community
Access our Network of educators, entrepreneurs, and world changers
Leadership LINKS, Inc. is a faith-based organization. Therefore, the program will include instruction in the fundamentals of the Christian faith.
