Leadership LINKS exists to educate and equip Black girls and young women to become leaders who are committed to using their gifts for the greater good of humanity.
We believe in the potential of girls to be the change makers of tomorrow, when we love and mentor them today.
Future leaders need skills, character development, learning opportunities, and encouragement. Black women and girls face unique challenges accessing these opportunities for growth and development. We invest deeply in them through intentional and proven mentoring techniques and programs to help them connect with their purpose and reach their potential.
