Black churches Intentionally Building Leadership Eternally through Youth Engagement and Intergenerational Discipleship
This training experience is designed to help Black churches make discipleship of the next generation a priority of the entire congregation. It will gather pastors, ministry leaders, and mentors to engage and equip them to form meaningful intergenerational relationships while deepening faith and belonging, and cultivating leadership among youth ages 13-19.
